Inclusions

• Travel as per Itinerary in Hatchback/ SUV (as per group size).
• Driver Charges, Permits, Tolls, Fuel & Parking charges.
• Airport/ Railway Station Pickup and Drop.
• Breakfast included at accommodation for all days

Exclusions

• Any kind of food and beverages that is not included in the package like alcohol drinks, mineral water, meals/refreshment/lunches on the highway.
• Any personal expense like tip to the drivers, entry to the monuments. monasteries, camera/video camera charges, laundry, telephone bills, tips etc.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc. (to be borne by the customer on the spot)
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusion.
• Air fares/Train Tickets.
• Vehicle and Permit charges for the visit for special areas/ local collections

Terms & Conditions

• The package is a proposal, not a confirmation. Bookings proceed after your confirmation, advance payment, and hotel availability.
• If specified hotels are unavailable, we will suggest alternatives; the price may vary with selection.
• Accommodation chosen as per your preference & budget.
• No hidden charges like taxes, VAT, GST.
• Rates valid only for the mentioned period.
• Breakfast/refreshment not included on arrival day.
• Any extra bed, meals, or additional adult/child above 5 yrs not included must be paid directly as per hotel policy.
• Resort/Hotel honeymoon inclusions are not included (unless specifically stated).
• Rooms in Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, and Kodaikanal are generally Non-AC due to cool climate.
• Eravikulam National Park remains closed for ~3 months yearly during Nilgiri Tahr breeding (typically Feb–Mar).
• Balance payment due on or before arrival (Cheques & DDs not accepted). 2.5% card charges apply to online/card payments.
• Extra running of the cab will attract additional per-km charges.
• In case of bandh/strike, alternative arrangements will be made; extra expenses are not included.
• In A/C Deluxe houseboats, A/C operational from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Houseboat check-in at 12:00 Noon; cruise till 5:00 PM; then anchor as per Government regulations.
• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and may be chargeable.

Policies

• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Authentic Government ID Card
• Comfortable warm clothing like woolen socks, cap, fleece jackets or warmers, down jacket, toiletries.
• Sunscreen & lip balm, Good U/V protection sunglasses
• Personal Medicines (if any)
